Low Melting Point Polyester Staple Fiber for Thermal Bonding & Industrial Applications

Our premium low melting point polyester staple fiber (LMF) is a state-of-the-art sheath-core bicomponent technical fiber engineered for advanced thermal bonding stability. Activating smoothly within a precise thermal range of 110°C to 150°C, this virgin polyester matrix eliminates the need for chemical adhesives through its superior self-bonding, thermo-plasticity, and predictable processing runnability. Highly valued for its energy-efficient melting behavior, high structural rigidity, and cost-optimized processing yield, it allows industrial manufacturers to conserve power while achieving robust durability. It serves as an essential eco-friendly binder alongside standard polyester staple fiber or microfiber staple, and is widely utilized to manufacture high-grade imitation silk cotton, glueless padding, high-density rigid waddings, automotive interior acoustic panels, ergonomic mattress fillings, and specialized nonwovens.

Technical Grade Matrix & Industrial Application Specifications

We offer diverse denier arrangements tailored to seamlessly fuse with structural matrix webs during high-speed thermal-bonding processes.

Exclusive Structural & Thermal Processing Advantages

  • Precision Bicomponent Fusion Activation: Formulated to soften uniformly between 110°C and 150°C, our low-melt fiber grid provides an incredibly homogeneous adhesive web that locks standard matrix filaments tightly without chemical residues.
  • Energy-Efficient, Cost-Optimized Production: The lower activation threshold allows nonwoven mills to run ovens at reduced temperatures, generating massive kilowatt savings and maximizing raw material processing yields.
  • High Mechanical Rigidity & Shape Retention: Once cooled, the thermal bonds transform into dense, highly supportive nodes, granting maximum compression resilience to heavy-duty mattesses and rigid sound-insulating boards.
  • Eco-Friendly Glue-Free Alternatives: By serving as a solid self-bonding agent, it completely replaces toxic chemical sprays or liquid latex, enabling factories to achieve premium, odorless, 100% safe nonwoven sheets.

Primary Multi-Industry Application Sectors

🚗 Automotive Acoustic Insulation

Essential for fabricating molded NVH panels, trunk liners, and engine dash insulators, utilizing our specialized 4D*38MM black or white configurations.

🛏️ Ergonomic Rigid Bedding Cores

1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 kg per order. However, MOQ requirements vary by product, and pricing is quantity-dependent—the larger the volume, the lower the unit price. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs; we remain flexible on quantities.
2. Can I mix different products in a single order?
Absolutely. You are welcome to combine multiple products within one order.
3. Can I get samples?
Yes. We provide free samples; however, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. For additional sample requests beyond the initial complimentary ones, a sample fee plus shipping charges may apply. The sample fee is refundable against your subsequent bulk order.
4. How do you ensure product quality?
We encourage you to place a trial order to evaluate our quality firsthand. While the trial order MOQ remains 5,000 kg, bulk pricing advantages apply to larger commitments. Our experienced Quality Control team monitors both raw material sourcing and the entire production process to ensure consistent standards.
5. Can I customize my own design?
Absolutely. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services. Clients may provide their own designs or original samples for reference. Our professional engineers and skilled workers will collaborate closely with you to develop exclusive designs. Please note that OEM/ODM products carry separate MOQ requirements.
6. Do you offer custom packaging?
While the net weight per package is fixed, we can customize packaging bags and labels according to your specifications.
7. What are your payment terms?
For standard products: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. For OEM/ODM products: 100% advance payment or Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. Alternative payment arrangements can be discussed—please contact us for details.
8. What is your lead time?
For stock orders: Approximately 2–3 days after final specifications are confirmed. For bulk orders: Typically 15–25 days, depending on production scheduling and order complexity.
9. What is your discount policy?
